How WealthCalcLab handles calculator inputs, local storage, browser data, cookies, consent, and Google AdSense-related advertising disclosures.

Last updated April 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how WealthCalcLab collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the website, calculators, country pages, guides, and related tools.

The site is built as a frontend-first financial tools platform. Most calculator inputs are processed directly in your browser. WealthCalcLab does not currently require user accounts to access calculators. If you use the contact page, your name, email address, subject, and message are transmitted through Web3Forms so the message can be delivered to support@wealthcalclab.com. If you use the homepage product-updates form, your email address is transmitted through Web3Forms so the request can be delivered to the same support inbox.

This page is also written to support Google AdSense and similar advertising integrations. If advertising is enabled on a page, additional cookies, local storage, IP address processing, and other identifiers may be used by Google and its partners as described below.

1. Information We Collect

WealthCalcLab collects only the information reasonably necessary to operate the website, render calculator results, remember user preferences, protect the service, and support advertising if it is enabled.

Information can fall into three main categories: information you enter into calculators, information stored locally in your browser when you choose convenience features, and technical or advertising-related information that may be processed automatically when pages load.

  • Calculator inputs such as loan amounts, rates, terms, savings contributions, retirement assumptions, or tax-planning figures that you type into forms.
  • Contact form information such as your name, email address, subject, and message when you send a support request.
  • Homepage product-updates request information such as the email address you enter when asking to receive product updates.
  • Local preference data such as saved scenarios, favorites, recent calculators, and your preferred country selection stored through browser local storage.
  • Technical information automatically made available by your browser or device, such as IP address, browser type, device type, language, operating system, referring page, page URL, and general interaction data.
  • Advertising-related information, if ads are enabled, including cookies, local storage entries, web beacons, ad request data, approximate location inferred from IP address, and identifiers used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate calculators, remember settings you ask us to keep, present country-relevant formatting, secure the service, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the website.

If advertising is enabled, information may also be used by WealthCalcLab, Google, and participating advertising partners to deliver, personalize where permitted, measure, limit, and protect advertising.

  • Render calculator outputs, tables, charts, and downloadable exports.
  • Receive, route, and respond to contact form submissions sent to support@wealthcalclab.com.
  • Receive and route homepage product-updates requests sent to support@wealthcalclab.com.
  • Save optional local-only features such as favorites, saved scenarios, and recent activity on your device.
  • Apply preferred country and currency formatting across generic calculator routes.
  • Diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and maintain site security.
  • Display contextual or personalized advertising where allowed and where appropriate consent or settings are in place.
  • Measure ad performance, cap repeated ad views, and detect invalid traffic or fraud.

3. Local Storage, Cookies, and Similar Technologies

WealthCalcLab currently uses browser local storage for core convenience features. At the time of this update, this includes preferred country, favorites, recent calculators, and saved scenarios. These items are stored on your device unless you clear them.

The site may also use cookies or similar technologies when advertising, consent, security, or future service integrations are enabled. Cookies and local storage can be browser-session based or persistent depending on the feature or provider involved.

  • Preferred country selection.
  • Favorite calculators.
  • Recently used calculators.
  • Saved local scenarios and presets.
  • Consent choices, if a consent banner or CMP is enabled.
  • Advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, or frequency-capping technologies if Google AdSense or similar services are active.

4. Google AdSense and Advertising Disclosures

WealthCalcLab may display ads delivered by Google AdSense or other Google advertising services. When Google advertising services are active on the site, Google and its partners may collect and process information from your browser or device in connection with ad delivery and measurement.

This may include the URL of the page you are visiting, your IP address, browser details, device information, cookies, local storage, web beacons, and similar identifiers. Google explains that sites and apps using its services automatically share certain information with Google when those services load.

Google Publisher Policies require publishers to disclose that third parties may place and read cookies on users' browsers, or use web beacons or IP addresses, as a result of ad serving. This policy is intended to satisfy that disclosure requirement.

  • Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, your consent choices, Google's settings, and the type of ad request being made.
  • Personalized ads may use previously collected or historical information to influence ad selection.
  • Non-personalized ads are based more on contextual signals, but Google states they may still use cookies or mobile identifiers for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fraud prevention where legally permitted.
  • WealthCalcLab does not intentionally provide Google with direct personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, or government ID through calculator fields.
  • You should not enter highly sensitive personal information into calculator fields. Use rounded or non-identifying values whenever possible.

6. How Information May Be Shared

WealthCalcLab does not sell user names, email addresses, or similar directly identifying information through account profiles because the site does not currently run a user account system for calculator access.

However, information may still be disclosed or made available to service providers and partners where necessary to operate the website, serve advertising, comply with law, protect rights, or respond to security issues.

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers that help deliver the website.
  • Web3Forms as the contact form processor used to transmit submitted messages to support@wealthcalclab.com.
  • Google and participating advertising or measurement providers when ad technology is active on a page.
  • Professional advisers, legal authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or the public.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets involving the site.

7. Data Retention

Local storage data such as favorites, recent calculators, saved scenarios, and preferred country remains on your device until you delete it, clear your browser storage, or overwrite it with newer values.

Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and may be retained by that provider according to its service terms, operational needs, and security controls before or after delivery to the support inbox.

Technical logs, consent records, and advertising records may be retained for different periods by WealthCalcLab's providers or advertising partners according to their own operational, legal, and fraud-prevention needs.

Because WealthCalcLab currently has no user account dashboard, deleting locally stored preferences is generally done through your browser settings.

8. Your Choices and Controls

You can control many privacy-related settings directly from your browser, device, or Google account controls. Depending on your region, additional choices may be offered through a consent banner or privacy message.

  • Clear cookies, local storage, and cached site data in your browser.
  • Use private or incognito browsing modes if you do not want local storage features to persist after the session.
  • Block or limit third-party cookies through your browser settings.
  • Manage Google's ad personalization settings through Google Ad Settings or My Ad Center.
  • If a consent banner is active, revisit that tool to change or withdraw consent choices.
  • Avoid entering direct identifiers or confidential financial records into calculator fields.

9. Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out choices concerning targeted advertising or certain forms of data sharing.

Because WealthCalcLab currently processes most calculator activity in the browser and does not operate account-level user profiles, some requests may be limited to information actually available to us or our active service providers. If you submit a request, we may need reasonable information to verify and process it.

10. Children's Privacy

WealthCalcLab is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for general financial education and planning use by older audiences. Do not submit personal information about children through the site.

If you believe personal information relating to a child has been provided to WealthCalcLab inappropriately, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

11. Security

WealthCalcLab uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a frontend-first website. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Users should take care not to input unnecessary direct identifiers into calculators and should use their own device security, browser updates, and account protections where applicable.

12. International Data Transfers

If WealthCalcLab uses providers that process information in countries other than your own, information may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions. Advertising and infrastructure partners may also operate globally.

By using the site where such transfers are permitted by law, you understand that information may be processed in countries with privacy protections that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to This Policy

WealthCalcLab may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, new integrations, legal developments, or advertising and consent requirements. When material changes are made, the date at the top of this page will be updated and the revised version will apply from the time it is published.

14. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, a privacy request, or a concern about advertising, cookies, or local storage on the site, contact WealthCalcLab using the published contact email listed below.
